"I have many pleasant business experiences in my life and doing business with Genesis Hearing Center is right at the top of the list. Lindsey is very knowlegeable and was able to take care of my hearing needs with my older hearing aids. She contacted me about a new model of Oticon hearing aids that were just released and I tried a demo set that she set up for my moderate to severe hearing loss and I started hearing things I didn't know I was missing. The AI feature in these hearing aids is remarkable. In four days, I purchased a pair of this Oticon hearing aids. I have no doubt they will improve my quality of life. I said all of that to say this. Genesis Hearing Center provides knowledgeable and excellent service. After trying other hearing aid businesses and comparing them to Genesis, I will alway do business with Lindsey."

"She took time to explain the reason to wear hearing aids all the time, even how to hold the phone differently with his hearing aids. The attention to detail was more helpful than at the VA. It is basically here's your hearing aids, you figure it out. She doesn't go in for a hard sell, she will help you with the existing device. Would recommend."
