Genesis Hearing Center is owned by, Lindsey Molloy, a Louisiana native, who returned after working in Texas for 11 years. Lindsey returned to Louisiana and is now dedicating her time to helping our community experience better hearing. The values of Genesis Hearing Center will always be to provide excellent, quality hearing healthcare to everyone, regardless of age, degree of hearing loss, or budget.

How Are We Different?

Genesis Hearing Center is a private practice, which means we have the ability to work with
any of the leading hearing aid manufacturers. When needed, we can order hearing aids from
any manufacturer, depending on the needs of our patients. Although we work with any of the
leading manufacturers, we particularly enjoy working with Widex because of their advanced
features, new software, and innovative products.

What to Expect At Your First Appointment

When you come in for your first appointment you will be greeted by our friendly front staff. We do our best to keep our wait times down so you won’t have to wait long before our hearing instrument specialist comes to take you in for your appointment.

We begin the appointment by talking about your goals and expectations. We will also go over what brought you in today and what you are having trouble hearing.

After our conversation then we will look inside your ears with an otoscope to make sure there is no wax build-up. Once we’ve ensured your ears are clean then we begin the hearing test.

After your hearing test we will explain your results and if needed discuss your options for amplification. If you are ready we will move forward with ordering your devices and schedule a time for you to come in for your fitting.

Preferred Provider of the NFL Players Association

Genesis Hearing Center is a preferred hearing care provider for the NFL Players Association’s Professional Athletes Foundation. Through this partnership, the PAF aims to bring better hearing to former professional athletes and their fans across the nation. Together, we spread awareness, help players in need of hearing care, and collect data on the connection between hearing loss and professional football.
